Virtual R&R Retreat with Kristen Hadeed
Virtual R&R Retreat
with Kristen Hadeed
What’s Most Important to YOU?
Too often, we let our busy lives and our never-ending to-dos prevent us from taking a necessary pause. We get so caught up in the day-to-day, going right from one thing to the next, helping everyone but ourselves, that we don’t realize how overstretched and overwhelmed we are until we try to pour from an empty cup.
What would happen if you hopped off the hamster wheel for a moment and took an intentional timeout? What would happen if you created space to find our way back to what’s most important? Your well-being. Your joy. Your greater purpose, impact, and contribution as a human being and leader.
The R&R Retreat is your chance to reflect, recalibrate, recharge, re-center, refuel, reset . . . choose the word best for you! This virtual retreat will help you or your team step away from the day-to-day, reflect on what’s working and what’s not, and be inspired to take action around what needs to shift.
Let’s do this!
Date: June 11, 2024

Meet the Speaker:
Kristen Hadeed believes that authentic, human leadership can change the world.
At 19, with hardly any leadership experience, she started a cleaning business called Student Maid. Before she graduated, her company received a contract to clean hundreds of apartments—and it changed her path forever.
Over the next 14 years, Kristen learned a lot by screwing up. But most importantly, she learned how to lead from her heart. Doing so helped her take Student Maid from a small cleaning company to a business known on a globalscale for its culture of belonging, its focus on people, and its purpose of building leaders.
Today, she spends her time helping leaders, teams, and organizations around the world ignite the kind of human leadership that builds trust, belonging, and wildly engaged cultures.
Her work has been featured in news outlets including PBS, FOX, Inc., NBC, TIME, and Forbes. Her book, Permission To Screw Up, has sold more than 50,000 copies worldwide.
This event is possible due to grant funding serving Texas A&M staff and faculty wellness. As a result, only Texas A&M staff, faculty, and their loved ones will be admitted to the event.
