Choose Your Adventure.

Spend some time in the great outdoors at Living Well’s annual Outdoor Adventure Day (OAD) at Millican Reserve! This event is sure to be a mood booster to all who attend. Enjoy the sunshine that naturally increases serotonin, have a new experience that gives a dose of dopamine, and let your movement throughout the event produce endorphins.

Beat the heat at Millican Reserve with your family, friends, significant other, or leashed dog!  Enjoy exclusive access to the property’s beautiful grounds and a plethora of activities including sunrise yoga, kids’ yoga, stand-up paddleboarding, solo and tandem kayaking, three guided nature hike options, angler education and fishing, kids’ activities, and yard games. Indulge in tasty food and beverage available for purchase from onsite food trucks (Something Different (lemonade), Raging Bull Tacos, Good to Geaux (Cajun), and Three Sweet Pops popsicles).  Please be mindful of the heat and bring water bottles, sunscreen, lawn chairs, and picnic food. A hydration station will be available with limited supply of bottled water, sunscreen, and bug spray generously donated by Brookshire Brothers.
