If you head to the pickleball courts after work, you might spot Nancy Ing mid-rally, paddle in hand and smile on her face. What started as a fun new activity has become a regular part of her weekly routine—combining movement, connection, and joy.
Nancy plays pickleball several times a week with a group of colleagues and friends, showing how wellness can be both active and social. Whether you’re just learning or already a pro, finding something you enjoy is key to making wellness stick.
Living Well is celebrating Texas A&M being awarded Gold level recognition from the American Heart Association for promoting a healthy work culture.
