The Employee Wellness Fair returns this October 2026! Mark your calendar and join us for an exciting opportunity to invest in your wellbeing. Whether you attend in person, virtually, or both, there will be something for everyone — and we encourage you to register for both experiences to make the most of this year’s Wellness Fair. Stay tuned for upcoming speaker announcements!

In-Person Wellness Fair
- Date: Tuesday, October 6, 2026
- Time: 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Location: Student Recreation Center (187 Corrington Drive, College Station, TX 77843)
Explore the day’s schedule:
Available 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Explore the Vendor Exhibit Hall, featuring more than 60 vendors.
- Give back by donating at the Blood Drive, open from 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Schedule your donation ahead of time.
- Make an impact through our Community Service Project with Letters of Love and Twin City Mission. Supplies will be provided.
- Take a few minutes to help protect yourself and the Texas A&M community from the flu at the Flu Vaccine Clinic. Save your spot in advance.
- Don’t miss a special appearance from Reveille! Come say howdy and snap a photo in the vendor exhibit hall.
Featured Sessions
- 8:30 a.m. – Breakfast service for Morning Keynote attendees
- 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. – Morning Keynote
- 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. – Concurrent Breakout/Movement Sessions
- 12 p.m. – Lunch service for Lunch Keynote attendees
- 12:30 p.m. to 1 p.m. – Lunch Keynote
- 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Continue exploring the Vendor Hall, Blood Drive, Community Service Projects and Flu Vaccine Clinic before the fair closes.

Parking
Effective August 24, 2026, the sections of Lot 100 surrounding Reed Arena, 100a-c and 100e-g, will no longer be available for any valid permit parking Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and will require a Lot 100 permit. Sections of Lot 100 near Olsen Field (100j), Cushing Stadium (100m) and Mitchell ’40 Tennis Center (100d) will remain Any Valid Permit parking.
University Business or University Business+ permit holders may park in any unnumbered space in designated surface lots, University Business spaces (2 hour limit) or West Campus Garage. View the full Business Parking Transportation Map.
If you do not have a valid TAMU parking permit, hourly paid parking is available in:
- Lot 100G
- Lot 104
- West Campus Garage

Facility Guidelines
- Open Containers
- Only beverages in re-sealable containers are permitted inside the facility.
- Swag & Prizes
- Attendees will receive limited-edition Living Well swag bags while supplies last.
- Door prizes will be raffled off during wellness fair sessions.
Grow Your Wellness, Sustainably
One facet of holistic well-being is being environmentally conscious. With support from the Aggie Green Fund, this year’s Wellness Fair is encouraging reusable water bottle use to help reduce single-use waste while helping you stay hydrated throughout the day.
Bring your own reusable water bottle for a chance to receive an exclusive Wellness Fair swag item, while supplies last!
