Summer Camp Giveaway for Texas A&M Employees.
Summer fun kicked off with a splash for some of Aggieland’s youngest! In 2025, the Office for Youth Engagement, in partnership with Living Well and Rec Sports, gave four Texas A&M families the chance for their children to experience a week at Rec Sports Summer Camp — completely free. Campers got to experience a high-quality, engaging week full of fun right in the heart of campus at the Texas A&M Student Recreation Center.
The camp welcomed children ages 6 to 14 and was designed to give them opportunities to dive into swimming sessions, unleash their creativity with arts & crafts, play action-packed sports, and enjoy classic camp games. Every day was a chance to make new friends, try something new and create memories that would last a lifetime! For parents, the giveaway offered more than just a free week of camp. It was a chance to watch their children enjoy a safe, structured program of adventure, learning and Aggie spirit!
