Burnout is becoming extremely prevalent, especially among those “people who help people.” Come to this session to learn more about the signs of burnout, the long-term effects of burnout, and practical ways to battle burnout and cope with stress. You cannot completely avoid difficult times, but you can learn to move through them successfully to avoid future burnout and this presentation can help!

Brain Talk: How Affirmations Shape Your Reality

In this interactive session, we’ll break down the connection between thoughts, feelings and actions — and explore how affirmations can be used to reprogram your brain. Tree of Life

In this guided reflection activity, you’ll create your own Tree of Life as you explore the experiences that shaped you, the habits that ground you, the strengths and values you carry and the hopes you have for the future. Through thoughtful prompts and creative reflection, you’ll leave with a personal reminder of where you came from, what matters to you and the impact you hope to leave on others.

Looking for a meaningful activity that gives your team time to pause, reflect and reconnect with what matters most? Tree of Life is a guided personal reflection activity that invites participants to explore their experiences, habits, strengths, values, goals and important influences through a creative, approachable exercise. Participants will create their own Tree of Life and leave with a personal reflection tool that highlights what has shaped them, what grounds them and the impact they hope to have on others.

Wellness Activities for Employee Engagement

Looking for simple ways to make your meetings more engaging and meaningful? This collection of wellness-focused icebreakers and activities is designed to spark connection, encourage conversation, and support well-being. Whether you’re leading a team meeting or planning a retreat, these activities can help create a more connected and energized environment. Want to experience one live? We’re happy to join your event and facilitate a sample activity with your team.

To the Scheduler:

Need an easy, impactful way to infuse wellness into your meetings, retreats, or team-building efforts? This flexible resource includes a curated list of wellness activities and icebreakers designed to promote community, spark conversation, and support employee well-being. You can use the list independently or invite a member of our team to join your meeting and facilitate one or two sample activities. Great for leaders looking to foster engagement and support a culture of care without adding to their workload.

Wellness in Leadership

To the Attendees:

As a leader, your influence plays a critical role in shaping a culture of well-being. In this interactive session, you’ll explore why worksite wellness matters and how leadership engagement drives meaningful change. You’ll gain insight into Texas A&M’s current state of employee well-being, take a closer look at the difference between work-life balance and work-life integration, and participate in guided reflection and group discussion. With a customizable workbook to support deeper exploration, you’ll leave with practical strategies and a personal action plan to lead by example.

Want to strengthen leadership support for wellness at your organization? This session equips supervisors and managers with data-driven insights and practical tools to build a culture of well-being. Leaders will explore the organizational value of worksite wellness, review Texas A&M-specific well-being data and resources, and unpack the difference between work-life balance and work-life integration. The session includes an optional workbook for reflection and planning and can be delivered in formats ranging from 1.5 to 3 hours depending on your needs. Participants will leave with a personalized action plan to promote wellness across their teams.
