Leaders will explore the organizational value of worksite wellness, review Texas A&M-specific well-being data and resources, and unpack the difference between work-life balance and work-life integration. The session includes an optional workbook for reflection and planning and can be delivered in formats ranging from 1.5 to 3 hours depending on your needs. Participants will leave with a personalized action plan to promote wellness across their teams.
