In addition to walking, Lisa lifts weights regularly, showing that wellness doesn’t have to be flashy to be effective. It’s about consistency, intention, and finding what makes you feel your best. Her routine is a reminder that taking small, purposeful steps now can lead to a stronger, healthier future.
