Thank YOU for a great summer!

Thank you to everyone who participated in Camp Living Well! Throughout the summer, Texas A&M faculty and staff embraced opportunities to support their well-being, connect with colleagues and enjoy time outdoors through camp-inspired activities and experiences.

Whether you attended a workshop, explored a new hobby, joined us for an outdoor adventure or simply took a moment to recharge, thank you for making Camp Living Well such a special part of the summer. We hope the connections, experiences and healthy habits you built continue long after camp has ended.

Take on the Happy Campers Hydration Challenge!

Staying hydrated is one of the simplest ways to support your overall well-being, especially during the hot Texas summer months. The Mayo Clinic recommends getting between 2.7 liters and 3.7 liters (or roughly 90 to 125 ounces) per day depending on your activity level (or how much you sweat).

Challenge yourself and your team to make hydration a daily habit this summer. Take on 50 days of hydration and drink 90 to 125 ounces of water each day. Color in one line on your water bottle tracker for every day you reach your goal. Complete all 50 days and watch your progress add up one sip at a time.

Want to make it even more fun? Invite your coworkers, department or campus to join you. Create a friendly competition, set a group goal or celebrate milestones together. There is no right or wrong way to participate — this challenge is designed to fit your team and what motivates you most. Stay accountable, encourage one another and see how far your team can get this summer! Are you in? Print your own Happy Campers Hydration Tracker!
