Creating Camaraderie

BYO Field Day gave Texas A&M faculty and staff the opportunity to bring the Field Day experience into their own departments and campuses. Across Bryan–College Station and remote locations, teams created their own moments of connection through teamwork, creativity, and friendly competition.

This appreciation initiative highlighted the many ways colleagues engaged with one another outside of daily work, showcasing collaboration, participation, and a sense of connection in a flexible and inclusive format. In submissions, Living Well looked for active engagement, creativity and FUN!
